New Holiday and Pasta Classes

Hi Everyone!

In class last Sunday, we learned all things pie dough! We shared tips and tricks for truly flaky pie crust, and how to avoid sticky or cracking dough when rolling out. It was empowering to address previous pie dough disasters together in a supportive and encouraging space. I hope you enjoy a nice, deep refreshing breath between the holidays and I'll see you in the kitchen soon!
