Bûche De Noël Afternoon Class

We are bringing back our popular holiday class from last year for another round!

Is it a tree log or is it cake? This French seasonal dessert has deep roots in Western European history and helps us celebrate the holidays and the changing of the seasons. Let’s have some fun by rolling up fluffy vanilla sponge cake with whipped cocoa filling. Then we’ll decorate with meringue woodland mushrooms and chocolate ganache bark.

This class includes:

• 2.5 hours demonstration and hands-on instruction
• One cake that feeds 8-10 people
  

Note: We will have a few optional additions to customize the cakes including chopped nuts, including hazelnuts, and almonds. This class uses eggs, dairy, and wheat flour.
