Frequently Asked Questions

What types of classes do you offer?

We currently offer baking, pasta, and art classes and are excited to offer other topics soon from local chefs and artists. Each class will offer a combination of expert demonstration and plenty of hands-on practice. Please note that class menus are subject to change due to ingredient availability, seasonality, or timeline management.

Where are your classes?

We currently host classes at Quail & Condor bakery, located at 149 Healdsburg Ave., Healdsburg, California.

How long are your classes?

Classes typically range from 2 to 2.5 hours.

What should I bring and what will I bring home from class?

Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty and wear closed-toe shoes. Aprons and water are provided, along with a printed copy of the class recipes and plenty of treats to share. We will also provide boxes to transport your treats home.

Is there an age minimum?

To participate unaccompanied, the age minimum for most classes is 16. For younger children, please email us at hello@parkerhillprovisions.com

Do you offer private events?

Yes! If you'd like to host the class at the bakery, we can accommodate up to 12 people in the space currently. Classes need to start at 4pm or later.

If you have your own kitchen space, we can customize an offsite for you and your group. Please contact us six to eight weeks in advance for best availability.

I noticed all your classes start in the afternoon, can I schedule a morning class?

While we would love to offer the option, we are currently limited to classes that start at 4pm or later. We hope that this will change in the future.

Can I suggest an alternative date for a class if nothing works for my schedule?

Absolutely! That's how many of our classes get on the schedule. If we have availability and it's at least six weeks in advance, we are usually able to accommodate. Just keep in mind classes need to start at 4pm or later.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes class cancellations are necessary. If you cancel your registration, we can issue you a credit that may be applied to a future registration, provided that the cancellation notice is given five days prior to your class. So if your class is on a Friday, please let us know by the Sunday before. If it is less than five days before the start of class, no credits will be given. Like most concert tickets, the registration is transferable, so please consider offering it to a friend!

What is low enrollment cancellation?

Occasionally, we have a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants to run. If this occurs, we will contact you by email and then by phone, and invite you to a similar class. Alternatively, we can refund your payment.
