I took the Croissant Workshop with Lisal Moran. Best baking class I have taken in years. She is such a fun and knowledgeable instructor. The tips she gave the class were amazing and answered all my questions. I will definitely take more classes even though I live 3 hours away from Healdsburg.

Lisal was a fabulous instructor and made croissant making approachable and fun. I especially appreciate that the class size was small, making for an intimate and truly educational experience!
