Hello Everyone!

Hope you have had a wonderful summer! Our summer baking class schedule is finally coming to a close after a particularly busy August. I've had an absolute blast sharing the joys of pie dough, the magic of simple cheese making, the team-building power of shortcakes, and beginner hand-lamination to croissant enthusiasts (scroll on for picture recap below).

After teaching 60+ students just this month in private classes, it's time for us to take a break in September to get ready for the upcoming holiday season. If you need your baking fix, I highly recommend signing up for our latest issue of Parker Hill Post that focuses on summer stonefruit & road trips. There are just a few weeks left of peaches & nectarines and if you know someone who likes baking the Post will definitely brighten their day.
