Southern Italian Pasta Making

Join Pastaia Honey Lopez for a hands-on class exploring the beautiful art of handmade pasta. Simply using flour and water (no egg!), we will learn to create delicious pasta in a variety of classic shapes including fusilli, cavatelli, pici, and more. We will discuss flour options, proper cooking technique, and suggested sauce pairings. 

This class includes:

• Plenty of hands-on demonstration and practice
• Each participant will take home up to two servings to freeze or cook within 24 hours.

Location: Clubhouse at the Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park, 927 S. Fitch Mountain Road, Healdsburg, CA

Age: 18+ or 16+ with guardian.

Special Note: This class is pasta making only, participants will take their shaped pasta home. If you are interested in pasta making with a simple meal at the end of class please contact us.
