First you'll learn the gnocchi procedure, tips, and tricks, then we'll put it all together in a rustic meal with a sage butter sauce and summer salad. The meal will feature items from some other classes this season including naturally fermented sodas, cultured butter, and dark chocolate semifreddo for dessert.
