Hello!
Hope you are doing well! We went cherry picking last week down in Brentwood, and we made some muddy memories. It's a long drive, but picking delicious fruit straight from the tree is one of the best things ever. I can't wait for local blackberry foraging to begin for jam club.
Also, I have had a blast hearing from current and former students all over the county, country and world(!) through the mail club. Thank you to those who have joined! Next issue will be stone fruit-themed.
Lastly, I genuinely hope that you are taking advantage of any opportunity to get together with friends and loved ones over fun and delicious food, even if it isn't in class. So many occasions coming up for gathering including graduations, Father's Day, and the Bicentennial 4th of July. Of course it doesn't have to be a complex event, splitting a fresh batch of scones with a neighbor can be the most rejuvenating! Happy Baking!
