We just finished our second holiday season, and it was so incredibly fulfilling to meet new students and see so many familiar faces again. I think everyone learned so much and enjoyed each other's company. A few favorite moments:
I watched a new student in our Bûche de Noël class as she was boxing her cake up exclaim "I can't believe I made that!"
While making fluffy marshmallows, several return students shared their experiences baking and gifting favorite recipes from last year's Gift Making class (sablés, anyone?)
We shared stories of past traumatic pie dough experiences with each other and many students sent photos of their successes once they baked at home (scroll down to see)
Sharing delicious homemade food and boosting confidence in the kitchen is the whole reason we do this, and it truly warms my heart to receive this feedback.I am so grateful for your continued encouragement and business. I hope to continue providing fulfilling experiences that bring you joy, camaraderie, and shareable skills.
Thank you to all in our community for such a wonderful holiday season. See you next year!
Merry Christmas!
