Scone Workshop

In this class we will learn to make tender scones by hand. We’ll cover helpful tools and tips, and discuss different variations and garnishes. We’ll make a classic cream scone with fruit, and a savory scone with cheese and herbs. Afterwards, we'll sit down to enjoy our savory scone with vegetable soup for a casual light lunch. 

This class includes:

• • Plenty of demonstration and hands-on instruction
  • Scone samples to enjoy in class (or take home) with lemon curd
    
  • Sit down with a bowl of cozy vegetable soup to pair with our savory scone
