Scone Workshop

In this class we will learn to make tender scones by hand. We’ll cover helpful tools and tips, and discuss different variations and garnishes. We’ll make a classic sweet scone with either frozen fruit or dried fruit, and a savory scone with cheese and herbs. Lastly, we will also prepare a scone mix for when you are short on time, or need the perfect gift for your food loving friends.

This class includes:

• • Plenty of demonstration and hands-on instruction
  • Scone samples to enjoy in class (or take home) with lemon curd
  • A handmade bag of scone mix to keep, or gift away
  • Sit down with a bowl of cozy vegetable soup to pair with our savory scone
