Honey & Harvest Lunch Workshop at La Ruche
Honey & Harvest Lunch Workshop at La Ruche
In this class we will learn how to season and highlight delicious summer produce with honey at La Ruche in Healdsburg.
We'll first make a simple warm chewy flatbread with a touch of honey to go along with some appetizing smoky and spiced dips. Next, we'll make satisfyingly sweet and salty honey roasted nuts to top a local summer salad. Lastly, we'll make refreshing and creamy berry honey 'fool' parfaits. Afterwards, we'll sit down to a casual lunch and enjoy our work together.
