Parchment Paper

This is probably the most important baking tool a successful baker has in their kitchen. It allows for quick release and easy clean up for most baking recipes. Please stop wrestling with parchment paper rolled up in boxes! Do yourself a favor, and get flat sheet parchment like Zenlogy, which is my absolute favorite. I cut this to size for round cakes, form butter packets for croissants, make piping cornets, and line sheet pans for all baking and sheet pan roasting recipes.
