Holiday Gift Making: Cheeseboard Edition

I love cheese. I can just eat it plain by itself, however it's much more fun paired with friends and crispy, tangy, and sweet sides. Tentative menu includes sweet & spicy pecans, hand-pulled parmigiano grissini breadsticks, red pepper jelly, and giardiniera mixed vegetable pickles. We will also provide an informal tasting of local cheeses from our favorite homestead cheesemakers in Sonoma and Marin counties. 

This class includes:

• Plenty of demonstration and hands-on instruction
• Take home a jar of red pepper jelly or fruit jam, a bag of sweet & spiced pecans, and a jar of giardiniera pickles to keep and enjoy or gift away.
  
• In class cheese samples from local cheesemakers
• Recipe packet with detailed amounts, instructions and tips
