Dowel Rolling Pin

This is a total workhorse in your pastry kitchen. It is one solid piece of Canadian maple that will make it easier to shape all the doughs. It has no handles to break, no bearings to maintain, and it also has a great working surface that cleans easily. Relatively lightweight, this rolling pin will give you the ability to make cold doughs more malleable with gentle tapping and hammering. I would not attempt homemade croissants without it!
