Who doesn't love a croissant fresh from the oven? Join Chef Lisal Moran as she teaches you how to make hand-rolled croissants in your own home kitchen using just a few simple tools and easy-to-find ingredients, with no sourdough starter required. These make a product you'll be proud of every time.
In class you'll learn:
- Basic production timelines so you can fit the work into your schedule
- Shaping techniques for hand-rolled croissants
- How to troubleshoot the most common issues
Prior experience with yeasted doughs and lamination is helpful but not required. Let's tackle this foundational laminated dough together!
You'll take home:
- 8 baked croissants: plain, chocolate, and ham & cheese
- Your own hand-rolled croissant block to shape and bake more croissants at home
