Isn't brunch food the best? It's cozy, social, and special. So let's make a few easy entertaining dishes that you can include in your next Spring brunch.
In this class we will make baked eggs "en cocotte" with spring veggies and herbs. We'll roast carrots and serve them on a bed of gem lettuces and whipped feta with a bright lemon vinaigrette. To round out the meal, we will make sweet and spiced hot cross buns. These recipes are easily customizable to your preferences and ingredients on hand.

Age: 18+ or 14+ with guardian.
