Launching Our Mail Club:

Parker Hill Post

Almost all of our classes are borne out of teaching baking techniques or celebrating seasonality, but I understand it's not always possible to join a class. So, I've wanted to find another tangible and personal way to share motivation, support, and inspiration to get into the kitchen and enjoy learning.

Therefore I'd like to introduce the project I've been working on: Parker Hill Post, a mail club focused on seasonal baking and simple joys!

Every other month, each mailing will include seasonal inspiration to brighten your mailbox, jumpstart your baking creativity in the kitchen, and encourage connection with others.

The theme for the May/June mailing is Spring Tea Time and the items include:

• A limited edition seasonal art postcard to connect with a friend or loved one
• A hand-drawn mini-book about infusing the flavors of edible flowers and aromatic leaves with a simple recipe
• A sample from local tea company Tea & Trumpets to enjoy with your baking
• Custom scented stickers celebrating the season
• A surprise or two...
