New Classes

Thank you so much to those who took the time to respond to our class survey, it was really helpful to tailor our schedule. We hope you can find something you like. We will be adding more classes from the survey (e.g., Jam club) as we enter the summer.

Spring Tea Time - Sunday, May 10 @ 10am

Sweet & Savory Galettes - Saturday, May 23 @ 10am

Blitz Puff Pastry- Sunday, May 24 @ 1pm

May 9 is open, and June dates are also available, so please reach out and we'll add a class time that works for you. If you'd like to schedule a private class, our minimum is 6 participants.

Recap

So what have we been up to? We focused our energy over the last couple of months on hosting several private classes. We had an absolute blast with the stylists and owner of Flaunt Salon in Santa Rosa (Thank you Michelle!). We even taught a shortcakes-focused special milestone birthday celebration class in a private home (Thanks Maureen!). Lastly, we had our largest private class ever with 18 participants in a French Patisserie workshop.
