Hello Everyone!
This month we're offering a class with one of the very first sophisticated pastries that I ever ate: the fruit tart. This make-ahead dessert is creamy and fruity, and held together with a cookie crust. Come and make one for yourself, give one away on Mother's Day, or share it at a Memorial Day get-together (don't worry we'll have plenty of samples in class). As always, we are open to adding classes if the above options don't work for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll try to accommodate you!
