Valentine's Treat Exchange

Cookies? Brownies? Vintage ribbon? What's not to love? Let's get together and multiply our efforts by exchanging sweet treats in advance of Valentine's Day. Each participant will bring a batch of 24 homemade cookies or other treats. Participants will pack 2-3 small variety boxes, wrap them with ribbon and adorn with gift tags. Each participant will also go home with a couple of my favorite baking supplies and tools for you to keep or gift ($13+ value). 

When you register for this event you commit to:

• Bring at least 24 homemade treats to trade with others. Feel free to bring any extras for sampling and snacking.
• Bake cookies on Wednesday (2/11) or Thursday (2/12) for maximum freshness.
• Use good kitchen hygiene practices when preparing, baking, cooking, storing, and transporting.
• Aim for each cookie or treat to be less than 4 inches wide. I promise I won't bring a ruler to check(!), but it will help us make sure we have the right size boxes. They don't have to be perfect, but they do need to be homemade! 

Recipe exchange: In the spirit of community, we will be sharing recipes. Please email your recipe to hello@parkerhillprovisions.com. I will send out a digital copy of all recipes to each participant. Check back here to see what participants are planning on bringing.

What can I bring? Bring a favorite cookie, bar, or other treat that you know is a special crowdpleaser. Please make sure they can be stored at room temperature and do not need to be refrigerated. If you have any questions about recipes or wrapping, please don't hesitate to reach out.
