The weather is getting cooler and a batch of cinnamon rolls is one of the best ways to warm up your kitchen. Let’s learn how to make a simple yeasted sweet dough with a cinnamon spiced filling and a creamy vanilla frosting. With all the delicious aromas, you'll be the favorite neighbor in no time!

• Tips & tricks so the baking fits your schedule!
• Each participant will take home four individual-sized cinnamon rolls (baked in class or ready to freeze for baking later in the week)
• Demonstration and sampling of other pastries using the same dough, like cardamom buns and knots
