** If you'd like to schedule a public class we are always happy to add classes to our schedule with a lead time of 6-8 weeks to allow ample time for full enrollment. If you'd like to schedule a private class our minimum is 6 participants (4 for croissant workshop).

We are entering the last month of winter and building our spring and early summer schedule. Before we select classes to post, we want to hear about your interests.
