Spring Tea Time

Is there anything better than delicate treats and dainty sandwiches? Let's learn to make desserts that are perfect to make ahead for any spring entertaining (or just snacking!).

To start, we'll snack on a variety of tea sandwiches. Then we will mix up lemon parfaits, almond sandwich cookies filled with raspberry, and bite-sized glazed dark chocolate cakes. After all the baking and assembly is done, we will sit down to enjoy our treats with tea and new class friends.
