1. Canceling a Class? Let us know at least 5 days before your class, and you'll get a credit for a future class. You can also have someone else take your place.
2. Safety First! By joining a class, you agree that Parker Hill Provisions ("PHP") isn’t responsible for any injuries during the class.
3. At Your Own Risk: You understand that cooking and art classes can have some risks, and you’re responsible for yourself.
4. Smile for the Camera! You’re okay with PHP using photos or videos of you for promotions. These belong to PHP.
5. Stay in the Loop: When you sign up for a class, we’ll add you to our email list for updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Full Terms:

I understand that if I cancel my class registration I will receive a class credit for a future class provided that I notify Parker Hill Provisions ("PHP") five days before class. I understand that my class registration is transferable and that I can arrange for someone to go in my place.

I agree to release and hold harmless PHP and current and former agents, associates, independent contractors, employees, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims and/or liability for any injury suffered while I participate in a PHP event/class.

I understand that my participation in this event/class is voluntary. I recognize and understand that culinary and art classes have inherent risks and hazards and that my participation is solely at my own risk, and that I assume full responsibility for any resulting injuries, illnesses, and damages.

I also give my consent for full and unrestricted use of my image and/or voice, for use by PHP for promotional purposes and in all media. All such representations of every kind shall remain the property of PHP. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release and hold harmless agreement.

Registering for an PHP class will automatically opt me into the PHP email list to receive class schedules and special events. I can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
