We were surprised and excited to see our launch featured in The Press Democrat:

The popular baking classes at Quail and Condor have left the nest, but never fear: they have a new home at Parker Hill Provisions, but still at the same address and with a familiar face.

Quail and Condor’s main instructor, Lisal Moran, has launched Parker Hill Provisions and will continue to teach classes in the Quail and Condor space and her fall and holiday classes are filling up fast.

Moran’s classes on croissant making (Nov. 9), filled pastas (Dec. 14), baking for holiday gifts (Dec. 15) and the masterpiece of holiday dessert, Buche de Noel (Dec. 20), each begin at 4 p.m. and run 2-2 ½ hours.
